Subaru Legacy For Sale

Hi, For sale is my Japanese Import Subaru Legacy GT Turbo. I’ve purchased this car with minor work needed after it had minor Cat N damage (pictured), repaired it, had it MOTed but the gearbox now slips so a perfect Spares/Repairs example for someone wanting to repair, swap to manual or use for parts, cheapest genuine low mileage GT in the country. Runs and drives. Mileage: 106,342km, still runs in Kilometers (66,077 Miles) Mot: 16.08.2024 (Passed @ 106,290) HPI: Category N in 2021 December Imported in 2021 August @96095km, 1 owner, then myself since March 2023. Engine: EJ20X 260bhp 2.0 4 cylinder boxer engine with a twin scroll turbo. These engines were only available for the Japanese market. Starts on the button, no leaks or weird sounds. Pulls great throughout the rev range and is surprisingly fast + economical for the power. Gearbox: 5 Speed automatic transmission. Drivers, but slips on occasion. -When buying the car, headlight being pushed in has damaged the rubber ATF oil line going to the gearbox oil filter behind the light that slowly lost the oil. I ordered genuine replacement 2 rubber pipes from Japan, done the oil filter and transmission oil change. The car drove really well after hence I took it for an MOT, passed with no advisories but shortly after it started slipping. My theory is that the gearbox has been used whilst sorting out the Cat N movements prior to my purchase and sadly has been damaged. It will drive, it will get you places, one day it drove flawlessly throughout the whole rev range and shifted extremely smooth, but due to above, I will conclude that it will need gearbox work sooner than later.
