2006 Hawkeye WRX for saleI have owned this car since 2021, however too many projects, not enough time and not enough space, forces sale.This is probably the cheapest 2006 WRX on the market with MOT (not that I have seen others on the market), however its probably the cheapest one with these modifications.Since I took ownership, I have upgraded the turbo to a VF48, then upgraded the exhaust to a 3inch Stainless Steel Toyosport exhaust.Once all the modifications were complete, I took it for a stage 1 tune and the car drives amazingly. It has also benefited from new brake discs and pads all round - less than 200 miles since install.However I have only driven the car less than 250 miles in the time I have owned it, so it is time for someone else to enjoy it.The undercarriage is good (apart from the small advisories on the MOT), and the interior is rather nice, having been swapped out by the previous owner for leather WRX interior.The body work is where the car is let down, as the car has been standing for 2 years in the elements and I have not had time to do any work to the body (needing a few carpark dents removed) and requiring a full car Buff/paint correct to get rid of the old sticker residue, polish swirls and the upsetting dog scratches on the doors.One thing to note is that it has had an engine change prior to my purchasing it, with the Clocks replaced to match the current engine, therefore, the car does come with the original engine and original clocks (circa 100k miles) (this needs to be considered when collecting the car- but the engine has been stored outside so will need a full refresh if you wanted to reuse it.The… Continue reading...
