Blue 1973 - Datsun 240z Ive owned 240z's for 10 years - this one since late 2019 - it was in storage for much of lockdown. Upgraded  and painted by previous owner  - not a great deal done by me - other than driven. Blue 73 - in metallic blue ( Peugot colour ) . It gets a lot of attention on the road and sounds great with a z story exhaust. LHD arizona import - year of import unknown but fully uk registered . Previous owner did body restoration and upgrades below . The white roundel is vinyl and can be removed . The car was undersealed by  rustbusters - who stripped off the old underseal and photo'd the floors etc before recoating and injecting cavities - i have these pics somewhere. The previous owner  advertised as rebuilt SU carbs ( rebuilt ) , new clutch , timing chain , water pump, electric fuel pump - just prior to me buying it . Ive done a few thousand miles max. since then .The car  has barely seen the rain - never mind any saly roads and is clean underneath. Engine bay is clean and polished .The typical areas of rust are clean  and rust free  - door bottoms , hatch  edges , spare wheel well and battery tray are near perfect. It had a new fuel delivery system ( below ) and 123 electronic distributer system -  installed with new coil .The timing can be set from an app and the engine disabled as a security feature by this device .New Bosch coil and leads fitted with the dizzy.
