Honda Prelude For Sale

This Prelude drives very well with no knocks or rattles. The vetec system engages cleanly and readily and the engine has that characteristic howl when you use all the revs. The four wheel steering system operates perfectly. The rear wheels turn in the opposite way to the fronts when parking and in the same direction as the fronts the rest of the time, eliminating understeer.I could not resist this car when it came up for sale three year ago. It is so clean and honest. I did not need it but I could not resist it.  I have shared the car with my nephew Joe, who is now busy with a house renovation and so the Prelude needs a new home.Over the last year we have carried out the following work;New cambelt and associated ancillaries, counterbalance, power steering belt etc. New front disks and pads. Welding of one sill, which has been painted and sealed.New washer pump.Repaint boot lid.Oil and filter change serviceo/s suspension link.rear suspension collars - shock knock.New battery.The car does have some faults and is priced to reflect this.The paint and wheels are not perfect.There is some surface corrosion to the front suspension - see MoTThe car sometimes drops out of cruise control.The Air Con needs re gassing.The tyres have plenty of tread but are not of great quality.This is a great opportunity to acquire a really lovely, reliable, honest stylish coupe that drives really well.
