Mazda MX5 NC Mk3  True Red 1.8  95,0020 milesOptional extras include heated leather seats, air conditioning (fully working), a chrome boot rack, heated rear window.I am reluctantly selling my MX5 (due to a change of job).  I am an MX5 enthusiast and a member of the MX5 Owners Club.  This is my third MX5 (I previously had a Mk1 and Mk2) this one has given me the best driving experience.The car looks good and drives as an MX5 should - slick gear change, excellent handling and braking.It comes with quite a bit of service history and two sets of keys.In my ownership the following work has been done:New set of Toyo Proxy tyres and replacement alloy wheels.  A new spare space saver tyre is included (these cars never had a spare tyre).  A complete matching alloy wheel and tyre is included (useful if you ever hit a pot-hole).K& N air filter; New drop link arms; Scuttle grommets replaced.Set of Eibach springs fitted.  These were a dealership option on these models.  Along with a professional suspension alignment, they have transformed the handling of the car (compared to standard set-up). New serpentine rubber belt fitted last week.The bodywork looks good - there are some small age related marks, none of which detract from the overall appearance.  The hood is in excellent condition; I have cleaned and reproofed it.  A protective hood cover comes with the car.  Two MOT advisories refer to some superficial rust on the exhaust and the edges of the brake discs - neither affect function or performance.I have done regular oil and filter changes and kept the roof drain holes clear.Overall a very nice example of this model.  Buy now for those hazy lazy summer days with the roof down, before prices inevitably rise.The car is located in a village… Continue reading...
