Mitsubishi 3000GT Twin Turbo. This is the UK version of the Mitsubishi GTO. The 3000GT is a rarer model, they are all twin turbos with leather interior, whereas some of the GTO's are non turbo.This car is one of the very last few to be made and has the dealer upgrade of carbon fibre look interior. Honest appraisal:Good bits:Just refurbished the 19inch lenso alloysAll New tyresJust added new exhaust tips, quite loud but sounds amazing a real turner. Silencers can be added back in if you prefer a quiet car £1000 spent on full service, cam belt, water pump and more (Nov) with receipt.Loads of previous history, bills etcLeather interior good condition for yearRecent batteryStarts first time, engine sounds good.Drives well, boosts normally.UK car not import, cheap insurance (mine £278)I keep the car in a garage.MOTAll the gauges and dials workStandard car except wheels and sports cat back cobra exhaust Not so good bits:Would benefit from a partial or full respray or wrap, but still looks good from a distance A few small dents in the roof believed to be from hail stones?Very minor oil leak when running traced back to rocker cover gasket. (£33) I have now bought the gasketFront active aero under front bumper removed to repair (I have)Getrag 6 speed gearbox when cold sometimes has slight notch / crunch when engaging second gear, this disappears after a few mins of driving when warm. This seems to be getting better now, perhaps since gearbox oil change.
