Datsun cherry FII 100A 1978Selling due to not driving it regularly enough, it deserves more love.65K mileage on the clock, brought from isle of wight a few years back.Historic vehicle class.Great body condition, carpet pulled up to check for rust, kept and ready to be reinstalled. Passenger door panel removed to check condition, kept and ready to be reinstalled.Seats in great condition.Some of the work done:Radiator recored New water pump installedNew fuel pump installedNew spark plug cables installedNew radiator fan installed3rd party radio replaced with Datsun radioSun visors removed and replaced with Datsun decal, Originals kept. Head gasket skimmed.Things to work on:If sat for too long (months) fuel from the carburettor feeds back into the tank.replace fuel pipes to work better with new E10 petrol.Had what I thought was a decal strip down the side, turned out to be painted on will need touching up in certain areas.Missing external plastic trim by back passenger window.can be a struggle to get into 3rd gear from certain angles.One of the side mirrors has cracked.Things I've brought for it:four new tyres ready to be installed (see picture)Rally lights.Louvers for back window.Disc pads.Haynes & service manual.Car cover Been kept in a garage for the first few years I've had it however in the last year been kept outside and unused for a few months.
