Here for sale we have this little ripper of a mk2 4 door 1978SA import from AJT imports Sporting a 1600 toyota 4age engine on twin weber 40s and a 421 manifold coupled to a 5 speed gearbox ending up at a disc brake converted rear axle.The exterior of the car is ok rear arches have some rust, the roof has a couple of dents and there is a section on the passenger very front of the floor looks abit crap.the bulkhead has been cut and boxed in as it had a 4age turbo at somepoint to was recessed for a down pipe. The car recently had new seats we think from a bmw 1 series and retrimmed with matching door cards and being 6ft1 the seating position is excellent, those that are tall and drive these cars know that the standard seats are not great, using the bmw rails still means these have full adjustabilty, ive had afew friends all comment how much nicer the position is.The car does run and drive but the current cold climate makes her a pig to start.
