1992 Toyota Celica GT-Four Lightweight Rally. 103k (mix of miles/km’s) Will have 12 months MOT. So this is very special. It’s a Celica gt four rally lightweight edition. These came with a E152f close ratio gear box and a lightweight interior. They produced 201 bhp only 750 of the wide arched models built!It’s very very nice. It’s just looks so correct and when you stand beside it you get the sense that even though it is over 30 years old, each one of its owners had looked after it. It’s standard apart from the exhaust and it would have originally came on steel wheels. Bodywork is very straight and looks to be largely original. Panel gaps are great and it presents so well! The interior is like a time warp. Everything is so period Japanese 90’s. It has wind up windows and it’s very basic, so there isn’t really a lot to say other than its original and is in fantastic condition. Mechanically it’s spot on. The current owner builds rally cars for a living so it would be no surprise to its mechanical condition. I’ve driven it briefly and it feels lovely. The gearing is so short in the first 4 gears and then 5th feels a mile away in ratios, but watch the video and we explain why. The wheels are period correct Advan’s on them chunky Toyo’s it looks incredible.
