The MR-2 has always been one of my favorite sports cars and this is the sought after GEN4 model of the superb SW20 (2nd generation) of MR2. In my opinion is the best looking MR2 they ever produced. This particular car is extra special as it's one of 250 cars produced for the UK market to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the original MR2. My car is number 50 of the 250 built and is finished in Caribbean blue, one of only 2 colours these anniversary cars were produced in (the other being silver).Anniversary cars have a higher-than-normal spec, over a standard GT and have numbered plaques to distinguish them from regular MR2s - On the steering wheel boss, the trim that covers the ashtray and on the engine cover. All 3 of these are intact on my car and numbered 50. This car is a T-Bar model and has a 2-piece removable glass roof along with insulating panels that clip into the glass or can be removed to have a panoramic roof, even when the glass is in place.
