A very rare car indeed with only a small number of examples produced. The bugeye Spec C seems to be a lot more scarce on the open market than others. This is a very well-presented example of the lightweight rally-bred performance car, offered in lightly modified condition and with relatively low mileage from new. This was a Grade 4 car at import with window stickers still in place. There are also several service stickers attached to the door. It is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-litre flat-four Boxer engine, which sends 280bhp and 283lb-ft of torque to all four wheels via a five-speed manual transmission, the original DCCD centre locking differential. As a lightweight Spec-C Rally Applicant model, this Impreza features thinner glass and manually operated front and rear windows, along with a thinner roof, larger brakes, stiffened suspension and a larger intercooler. It is finished in a classic white hue, while the cabin is trimmed in black cloth and blue synthetic suede STI sports seats. The unmistakable Spec C roof vent is still in place. This also possesses the original BBS OEM gold forged 17 inch alloys which really sets this car off. This has a couple of tasteful modification upgrades which include a HKS Legamax exhaust and coilover suspension. A truly special production model of the legendary Impreza STI.
