Bmw E30 325SE 1986 pre-face lift modelRoad legal track/sprint/drift/race carRunning Nissan SR20DET engine (since 2012) Owned by myself since 2009 The time has come after 13 years of fun and ownership to sell the car over the years I’ve had it the car has seen many changes and was a performance BMW magazine feature car back in August 2010 (copy in folder)Proven track car very fast and handles great and has never disappointed and comes with the bonus of still being Road Legal and has a Mot now until December 2022.The car has been off the road/track since 2020 due to building a newer car but it has always been dry stored and started and moved around in that time to keep things in working order.As this is a track car it’s got its battle scars,marks,dinks etc and Don’t forget it is 36 years old now so don’t buy it thinking you getting a show car.The car starts and runs as it should the engine had covered approximately 68,000 when it was put into the E30 and has only covered a extra 3,000 road/track miles since then the gearbox does have a wine in 3rd gear on the over run been like this for years and never been a issue all oils changed ever 2-3 track outings.Front and rear pads could probably do with changing before it goes back out on track.Wood also benefit from having a fuel swirl pot fitted (never got round to fitting one)Passenger side front floor pan is looking tired on underside and could do with some tlc and the car does have some other welded plates here and there (What 36 year old E30 doesn’t) Large folder of invoices/Mot’s/history etcFull list of specs belowENGINENISSAN SR20DET straight-cam (better one to have)Running stage 3 Tune and set at 265bhp for… Continue reading...
