Early car - 1970 LHD ( HLS30 1000X -  09/70……… if you subscribe to the Series 1 thing! ) first registered in the UK in July 1988.It was originally ( and still is)  the white paint /blue interior combo - not very common. HPI’d when I bought it – I’m the 3rd registered UK owner . Numbers matching - with the original engine and 4 speed box I bought it in 2005 ( Always garaged and never driven in the rain - offroad every winter ) and have loved every minute of owning it – never let me down . Its been off the road since before covid.It is currently on stands pending finally putting back together  after some work on brakes and suspension ,  and hasnt ran in that time . Time and money at various times have prevented progress – but ultimately i was  torn between a full on resto – and something modded. I then bought another 240z - also for sale  - and this one stalled . Its solid – had a few small minor welds in the past ( chassis) but very good underneath .It has very little rust compared to some of the cars you will see on ebay .Some work in the past has been done by the z farm  - and i have all those receipts. Battery tray and radiator panel are original and  very good. Sills are great . Door bottoms and floors great Few tiny bits of bubbling but none through the paint. It had a paint job just before I bought it – which was 'average' . One wing has a bit of microblistering – present a little on the pillar and bonnet  too.
