1998 Lexus LS400223k milesMOT until November 20244.0 1UZ-FE V8 with VVTi and 5-speed Auto gearbox (this engine and transmission were introduced for the '98 model year).16" original alloy wheels in good condition with matching Dunlop tyres with plenty of tread all the way around.Has the usual LS400 refinements (touchscreen Sat Nav, electric heated seats, climate control, VDC, Xenon headlamps, heated rear seats, sunroof etc.)Colour is Baroque red metallic (known in the US as Renaissance red). Two-tone, of course.Interior is beige leather seats and beige/mushroom plastics.Body condition is great, until you get a little closer and see the imperfections like parking dings, minor scratches and chips in the lacquer. Overall, presentable if scruffy. There was corrosion underneath which waa corrected by a previous owner hence the clean MOT. I have a good amount of paperwork with the vehicle but is only a part history. However the be safe the cambelt has been done so is good for a good few miles of motoring yet.This vehicle has BC Racing coilovers with 12/8kg spring rates and 30 clicks of damper adjustability, which cost £950 from Driftworks. I do have the OEM struts too. A previous owner has made the car much louder by modifying the exhaust. However I sourced an oem system which will come with the vehicle should this not be to your taste. The car is great to drive. Very smooth, and with a comfortable ride despite the BC Racing coilovers. It also has plenty of shove when you need/want it. 284bhp and 300lbft will move it along very nicely.
