For sale is my Mitsubishi Delica,I have loved owning this van but sadly situation forces sale. It is in original condition, and I believe was imported around 2004, it was then kept garaged until I bought it last year. It’s been a fantastic van for the weekends and daily driving and has never let me down.When I bought the van I had it looked over by a local specialist mechanic who was able to advise me on work that needed undertaking at that time and timing belts and pulleys were replaced then as well as suspension components. He commented that the van was in very good condition overall. A copy of these comments can be provided if needed. Interior has captains seats that swivel, slide and fold flat, and a removable table. Would also make a great base for a camper conversion.I will try and cover a few of the good and bad points here. Mot history can also be checked which is very clean with only minor issues over the years. Good points-•All original with original curtains and seats with minimal marks.•Super Exceed model with rare crystal lite roof•173,000 km / 107,000 miles which is low for the year•Very good condition for the year. Chassis and bodywork is very solid due to being garage stored for many years.•Recently serviced with lots of work done.•Drives very well and is great fun!Bad points-•Temp gauge not working, apparently this should be an easy fix, I have not got round to it as I have not taken the van far so hasn’t been a big concern.•Window tint needs re-doing, has warped and is damaged in areas.•As with many of the crystal lite models, the electric blind over the sliding door does not close, the other three function well.•Interior is showing signs of age related wear in… Continue reading...
