Mitsubishi Delica, 2.8 Turbo diesel, 138,000 miles with brand new MOT 07/07/2024First registered 1995Mitzi has been in our family the last 6 years and will be sadly missed with countless fun memories traveling in her over the years.Mitzi has been used as a weekender for festivals, surfing camping and lots of trips to the beach. But since the kids have grown up and drive themselves, we just don’t use Mitzi much at all. This last year I have notched up just over 700 miles in her, and the year before that just a couple of thousand miles.Current Mileage is 180,000, BUT this is not the original engine. I had a slightly newer Mitsubishi 1998 before this one, but sadly the body underneath was not very good and when I saw this Mitzi I had to buy it. Mitzi’s previous owner spent couple thousand pounds to repair the engine after the head gasket blew ( I have bills) but the engine was very tight and after a few moths blew up on me. LUCKILY  I still had my old Mitsubishi and spent £2000 transferring the engine over to Mitzi. So I know the current engine really well had regularly had it serviced before and after the engine change.Current mileage on the new engine is around 130,000I have log books for both cars.Mitzi has 8 seats including the driver, they fold down to make a bed, or in just 5 mins the bench seat can be removed and becomes a very useful van !!I have just spent a chunk of money adding new tyres and new bits for the MOT.
