Welcome to the regrettable sale of my Evo 3 RS.Previously listed on ebay auction but the buyer disappeared, such is often the way with ebay auctions.Bought from its one Previous UK owner in 2014The car was entered into one round of the UK TimeAttack season at Brandshatch as a standard evo in the Clubman class 1 week after purchasing in 2014.It recorded a respectable best lap time off 55 seconds on the Indy circuit.The car was then taken off the road for a full strip down before being rebuilt to its current carefully thought out competitive specification.The intention being, to enter the Time attack series and see if it was capable of setting a sub 50 second lap of the Brandshatch circuit. The modifications and particular spec were chosen to enable the car to be allowed to enter in the Clubman class of TA.The oem airbox Currently fitted, is restrive and I planned to  replace it with a custom carbon Airbox enclosing a cone Air Filter, along with relocating the battery to behind the passenger seat, although a cone filter will be supplied with the sale should the new owner prefer to simply fit and have the map tweeted to suit.The build was completed with a money no costs approach with the intention of building an oem+ competition spec Evo 3 RS.SPECIFICATION:Rosssport 2ltr long rod forged engine.I beam rods rated to 800bhpHks 264 camsBalance shaft deletedEvo x twinscroll turboNortech manifold and downpipe Powerflow exhaust 1000cc injectorsLink ecuBig intercooler Koyo radiatorFront lsd Rear lsd Cusco Centre differential Cusco bolt in roll cageK sport 8potsCarbotech xp12 pads front and rearBc coilovers Enkei nto3r 17 alloys cup 2 tyres.Perspex windows and lightened doors.Running mafless but utilising the oem airbox which does restrict airflow. Wrc airbox or cone Air filter will allow the power to be upped to 450bhp. Currently running a safe350/404bhp/lbft at… Continue reading...
