Mitsubishi Evo X FQ-360 manual transmission with under 81,000 miles. Has been stored mostly inside since purchasing in 2020. 12 service history stamps. Original key fell apart but it has a brand new key (see pictures). Discovered a Cat D, sold via auction before we bought from a dealership. We did replace a leaky oil cooler but the rest of the car seemingly fine so likely repaired.
