Mitsubishi FTO For Sale

FTO Originally imported from Japan in 1999 being only 4 years old then and immaculate - owned by previous owner till May 2021 when I bought her.  Tax and MOT history every year since then.  Extremely reliable - starts on the button every time. It is a special edition GPX MIVEC model in Racing dandelion yellow, reserved for Japan’s R version models and has a number of extras such as rear windscreen wiper and limited slip differential. The GPX V6 version delivers 200bhp   The MIVECs system is Mitsubishi’s answer to Honda’s variable valve timing and allows the delivery of power right up to a turbine like 8,000 rpm. The car is entirely original without any boy racer add-ons except for some subtle additions of leather seats, aluminium gear surround, aluminium dial rings, MOMO wooden steering wheel   The car drives like new and is rust free.  There are the inevitable stone chips that have been touched up but otherwise in excellent condition for the age of vehicle although doe’s have some paint fad and would benefit from a machine polish. Recent replacements, are a full set of new brake discs and pads, new callipers all round bar one.  Recent new battery and front tyres.  New Scorpion car alarm system.  Mongoose stainless steel exhaust which gives a muted but wicked sound.  Recent new alternator.  All belts including the vital timing belt changed at 50,000 miles as recommended.  Current mileage 64,652 in miles as the speedo was converted when the car was imported. Features include electric windows, electric remote door locking, electric folding wing mirrors which are electrically adjustable.  Climate control system.  Original radio and CD player which has been corrected for UK FM bands (UK radio available if required).  Floor mats and mud flaps.  LED fluorescent door lights and stainless steel MIVEC… Continue reading...
