For Sale, Mitsubishi Pajero 2.8td 7 seater "Fieldmaster"Its a late 1995 vehicle on an N reg so although it has the newer/better LCD heater control panel it has the easier to repair non electronic injector pump.MOT until March next year, only 117k miles, odometer in KMs so 188k on the clock.The previous owner was a prospective customer who was thinking of getting rid of it because it was a non starter, it was way to good to see go to waste for such a minor issue and especially as its an engine which i specialise in repairing so i bought it to save it.In my ownership its had the non starting cured by fitting new heater plugs, heater plug relay and injector pump front seal, then a new timing chain, cam cover seal kit, new engine oil, a new coolant thermostat and fresh coolant too.When it arrived it allready had various new parts fitted, these being 4 new Goodyear Wrangler tyres on L200 wheels in exeptionally good condition, new brakes pipes here and there (MOT advisory) new fuel hoses front to rear replacing the corroded steel pipes (again MOT advisory) an Android touch screen double din head unit, two new batteries and most importantly a new cylinder head too.It drives lovely, nice and straight not pulling at all under braking, the 4x4 super select works fine, no noises from the suspension (its got some new suspension/steering joints here and there) and the engine is one of the best i have known, its extrememly responsive to the throttle and it pulls very well with the auto box changing as and when it should.Bull bars up front and a funky rear bumper add on to the rear to go with the funky L200 wheels.Super bright headlamps, not sure if they LED but… Continue reading...
