Very last of the non-widetrack Blobeye Impreza STI's. UK car so cheaper and easier to get insurance for. Build date 18.09.03 Registered 02.01.04. 172 built in this colour and model code.I bought this car 3 years ago from the previous owner who had owned it for some years but not really used it much.Supplied from new with the Prodrive Performance Pack, Prodrive WRC1 18 inch ET46 wheels (the rare ones) and Prodrive springs. It has remained relatively unmolested since.My plan upon purchase was to carry out maintenance and restoration works and enjoy using it on evenings and weekends when the weather is nice. It has been garaged in my ownership and has done around 800 miles since extensive restoration work.Circumstances have changed now and am looking to replace it with a Renaultsport Megane R26 or RS250/265 cup/trophy etc.Originally a PPP car it was then upgraded to a TSL333 conversion and has since had further performance upgrades including 3 inch Cobra sports cat downpipe, full Milltek 3 inch system with an extra sports cat (for ease of passing emissions test) and a 3 port boost solenoid. The ECU has been remapped on the road and the datalogging gives bhp at around 350bhp at the crank. It is still on the standard VF35 turbo and it's not being pushed to stupid boost levels, it drives very nicely.I know every last inch of this car and am a race engineer by trade. It has had over £10,000 spent in parts alone in my ownership.
