As tends to be the case with cars I own, I have sort of run out of things I want to do with it now. Also, as I now have a small person, I am finding more often I have to park cars in places I don't like leaving a car I care about. So it's time for a change and I have bought a ropey old Skoda Yeti that will do fine, for now.I always intended to keep this car for a while so when I purchased it I properly protected the underside with Dinitrol Protect Super 447 which is an overpaintable elastic anti-stonechip coating. I also used a clear rust proofing wax in all cavities and other exposed areas. This was not a quick 'once over' for show which is unfortunately often the case when this service is offered by an importer. I removed suspension components, plastic inner wings etc to protect the areas that are often neglected. Start to finish it took me 4 days.
