2007 Subaru Forester XT Dark Grey Metallic Registered 10/2007 Current mileage 90180 MOT Expiry 22/10/2024 I have had the car for eleven years and love it to bits. Only selling because I’m moving abroad. This model is the very best Forester Turbo with the earlier lighter body but the later more powerful engine. It’s an unobtrusive “stealth performer” - 0-60 in 5.8 seconds, handles extremely well (especially now with the uprated suspension) but is also a totally practical four seater estate. Last major Service @ 66605 by Group B Motorsport including 65K service/ cambelt/water pump replacement and Air pump delete. In 2019 the car was sent to a friend of mine who owns a race engineering business. The following work was carried out: New uprated Tein Coilovers fitted (Car lowered approximately 25mm to replace “compact SUV” stance with “saloon car” stance). All new competition suspension bushes. Brakes overhauled with new stainless steel brake hoses. Rear subframe removed and powder coated. Rest of underside coated with truck bed liner. Other stuff I’ve forgotten. The car was then sent to HIB Exhausts in Anglesey for a custom made stainless system. Sean’s brief was to accentuate the “Boxer burble” but not upset the neighbours or draw attention to the car and not to have any in-cabin drone. This was achieved perfectly. Car was re-undersealed with two coats of Dinitrol in May 2021 Interior is original and perfect. I have had seat covers on the front for the whole eleven years (only removed for photographs) The rear seats have hardly been sat in during my ownership.
