A rare offering of a 2005 2.0 JDM Subaru Impreza Hawkeye, this is a unmolested example of probably one of the best generations of Impreza STi. The car arrived into the UK from new and has been very well looked after since its arrival. The car has recently had a sympathetic overhaul having the wheels refurbished in the correct Subaru Gold, full workshop checkover and major service (with all fluids replaced). The underside is in very good condition with all its original guards fitted and no corrosion. If you are reading this then I am sure you will be aware of how special the 2.0 JDM cars are, the 2.0 207 block is supplied with factory forged pistons, uprated cams, AVCS heads and a completely different shaped combustion chamber resulting in a much higher rev limit of 8200 revs. The twin scroll turbo and equal length headers further improve power and virtually eliminate turbo lag making the performance of these cars simply fantastic and must be driven to appreciate their ability. Due to the low production numbers of the JDM cars the values similar to the Mitsubishi Lancers have risen, but still have a long way to climb making them an incredible investment due to their rally provenance. This car has covered a low 67000 miles and has a good service history. In more recent times the car has been into Teg Sport and has been mapped by Subaru specialist Andy Carr giving the car more performance but within a safe power range keeping the car reliable.The car is HPI clear and has all the service books, two keys that you would expect with the car.
