1991 Toyota MR2 T-Bar SW20 Gti137,500 miles from newThis was my mother in law's car for 13 years and she's the 2nd owner. I've put the car in my name in order to be legal to drive it and sell it for her. Comes with a long MOT with no advisories.Insurance is classic & only around £100 annually due to it's age.It has removable twin sunroofs that come with their own leather bags for storage.It has had a respray several years ago and both sills replaced.Only surface rust can be seen in a few places as per photos.The leather seats are cracked but I do have black & red seat covers with the car.I've only driven it to my house and it's parked up in the garage for storage.Upon driving I've noticed the front wheels need balancing as the steering tends to vibrate around 50 mph and it needs tracking.2 rear tyres are brand newThe central door locking is sometimes temperamental.Electric windows, mirrors & electric aerial all work fine.Pop up lights and all switches work fine.It would need a service as it's been parked up for a while and hardly used There is a slight blow I'd say in the middle of the exhaust which I think it's where it connects to the back end, it doesn't sound like a hole just noticeable sound , probably needs tightening Noticed temperature gauge not rising could be faulty switch or thermostat. However the heating is working fine and engine is nice and warm as it should be.It has an insurance approved immobiliser fitted.The common leaky T-Bar roof has been repaired with sealant and the roofs come on and off without any problems.I have some service history with it, loads of receipts for various work over the years and every MOT from new.I have been honest… Continue reading...
