It is with regret that I’m looking to sell my pride and joy to fund my house renovations.She’s in lovely condition inside and out complimented by a full respray in the factory Toyota colour astral black. I’ve had the engine swapped myself from a naturally aspirated 2jz ge that was in the car originally to the newer and more desirable 2jz gte vvti from a later model which I had imported over from Japan in 2019. The engine has had a full refresh before being fitted into the car with all main gaskets replaced with genuine toyota parts including head gasket along with front and rear main seals, valve stem seals and new cambelt etc. Also had the engine fitted with stronger ARP head studs to handle the high boost along with new bc camshafts, springs and retainers.Thanks to the latest generation g30-770 turbo working alongside the vvti, it has the perfect balance between power and response making able to reach full boost early on in the rev range, unlike most other supras fitted with older bigger less efficient turbos.It really is a thrill to drive but it's certainly not for the faint hearted. There's no abs and traction control is from your right foot(there is the option on the ecu to activate this after fitting required parts) so its as raw as it gets. Being experienced with a high horsepower rwd car is highly recommended.
