Selling our Splitty which was a project that we also used for weddings but we've had our fun with it and it's time for another project. It's running a 2 litre non turbo out of a Subaru Forrester installed professionally. Great engine. Sounds mint.Its been wax oiled in the past and all welding has been done. MOT till 7th September. Good bits.Runs and drives amazingly (for a splitty) Has a valid MOTInterior in good conditon.Whole body sound deadened and sound proofed so no hollow sounds.Race gear shifter. Much better than the original. No steering lag. Has rock and roll bed. Generally lovely car but not mint and priced accordingly. Potential Income for weddings. Bad bitsPaintwork is passableI'd have slammed it but never got round to it.I'd also think about upgrading the brakes if you ever want to take her above 70mph which we never did. Ive bought new complete headlights but they just need installing.Also Ive bought a side step that needs brackets welding for it. Slow puncture on two tyres.
